Payment and Delivery

PAYMENT

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, credit/debit card and cryptocurrency payments.

If you live in the Eurozone we recommend you to pay by bank transfer. It is the safest and cheapest way for us to receive your payment. Our bank details for your transfer will be emailed to you once you place your order. Please contact us if you experience any problems.

Western Union and MoneyGram transfers can be used if you are unable to pay us through other methods. Please contact us for details. 

DELIVERY

Orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order.

Orders will be sent with a tracking number from the EU. The delivery prices will be automatically calculated at checkout and vary between 10-30€.

We will deliver the goods you order to the address you provide to us at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received and this will usually be within 2-7 working days from dispatch.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the received delivery of the goods in question.
